Your body becomes blurred, shifting and wavering to all who can see you. For the duration, all creatures have a -1 penalty to their attack rolls against you. This effect ends early if you lose Concentration. Creatures that do not rely on sight (e.g., blindsight, tremorsense) are immune to this effect.

Stunts

Shifting Silhouette

While Blur is active, you gain +1 to all Stealth rolls, as your flickering outline makes it harder to detect your true position.

Mirage Form

Spend 1 additional Mana when casting Blur to create an illusory double that remains stationary while you move. The double disappears if touched or after 1 minute. Attacks targeting you have a 50% chance to target the illusion instead.

Flicker Step

Once per turn while Blur is active, you may teleport 2 meter as a free action. This does not provoke opportunity attacks and may be used even when restrained.

Veil of Confusion

While Blur is active, any enemy that misses you with a melee attack must make a Resolve defend against your Magic skill or be Dazed until the end of their next turn.

Extended Blur

If you successfully defend against an attack while Blur is active, increase the duration of Blur by 1 minute. This can be triggered once per scene.
