Swarms have 3 consequence boxes. Whenever a box is filled, the physical stress boxes of the swarm replenishes and it takes the following penalties. First Consequence: Damage of the swarm is halved. (rounded down). Second Consequence: Swarm has disadvantage on attack rolls. Third Consequence: Swarm needs to make a Will skill check against the margin of failure of incoming attacks. On a failure, it disperses.

Swarm Mechanics Single target attacks deal half of the normal damage. Area of effect attacks deal the normal damage twice.
